I hava a model 3 highland. It had 24,000 miles, garaged and treated with care. The other day There was a piece of plastic on the ground under the front right corner. I looked under and there was an opening about the same size as the piece. I looked on the front left and the same piece was hanging down ready to fall off. These pieces don't look like there is anything to hold them in.
I scheduled a service appointment and was told they would have to see it if it was covered under warranty. If it was not covered and I didn’t want to pay for it there was a $265 charge.
Has anyone else had this part fall off? Was it covered under warranty?
