I have owned my current Model X for 2+ years. I have been using bugfix to report issues, primarily with the Adaptive Cruise Control, over that time period. Nothing ever gets fixed. Took it to dealership and all they do is wash their hands. How the hell do you get Tesla to address software issues????
Here are just a few of the more egregious issues:

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) has serious safety concerns and issues:
- On recent trip on at least 5+ occasions or more while in ACC car would start braking somewhat hard with a message about “Curvature” assistance. This was on highway 46 east and no cars within 50 yards or more and road was dead straight. Then again on highway 101 north.
- On recent trip while in ACC on highway 5 north car would start slowing and breaking with a collision alert. No cars were within 30-40 yards in front and no visible reason for this alert. This happened several times (5 or more).
- When passing a bicyclist that is in a clearly marked bike lane while in ACC the car rapidly slows down. This has occurred on Los Osos Valley Road (LOVR) and highway 1 several times. ACC speed quickly goes from 60 to 45 at which point I take over manually. I have video to confirm this as it happens every time.
