I have a 2020 Model SP. My FSD {Supervised} Software: v12.6.4. I'm seeing posts Software V14...Is my hardware too old for latest Software?

Hey, the short answer is that your 2020 Model S with Hardware 3 cannot upgrade to FSD V14. The latest V14 update requires the newer Hardware 4, so for now, your car will stay on the latest supported V12.6.4 version.
