I ordered a one-month FSD subscription to show-off the feature to friends visiting from abroad. The FSD feature didn't work so I stopped using it and booked a service appointment with Tesla. They found that the front camera needed repair but Tesla refused to refund the subscription fee. The technician explained that a Tesla subscription is non-refundable even if the service does not work. Apparently, it's company policy. I hope that someone from Tesla denies or confirms the existence of this policy so that other Tesla owners do not to fall into the same trap.
