Own a Hyundai Ioniq 5 AWD Limited 2023 and owned a Tesla Model 3 RWD standard that was a 2023. Just traded in the Tesla for a new leased 2026 Model 3 RWD Premium. Had been toying with the idea and then they had an amazing lease deal, but only on the premium model I guess because of the battery. Rather than have LFP it has the Lithium Ion Nickle cells and is larger than the LFP giving a good bit more range. While the car sticker was something like $45K they had a capital cost reduction of $8000 and a credit of $2000 which paid for the upgrade to the red paint. On top of that there was a $6500 lease credit and an interest rate of 1.75%. Bottom line before taxes and such it was $299 a month with $1,500 down, two days later it went to $499 a month with $3,000 down. While car looks mostly unchanged there are lots of improvements. They put back the stalk for the directional which is a big improvement and there is a front camera low down on the bumper so you can pull into within about an inch of an object safely. Sound proof glass all around, heated rear seat and cooled driver seat, screen in back and almost 100 miles greater range. Oh and a much better suspension. Loving it so far.
