Allow a user created route

I have a preferred route to "WORK" each day, taking into account certain unique morning traffic patterns. Unfortunately the navigation to "WORK" always makes awkward and less preferred routes to the destination. By allowing the Navigation to "Learn a specific route to a destination" and perhaps assign it to "Work" or a unique name, I would have desirable feature to use daily. Allow at least one Specific route from start to destination to be stored.
