Looking into that update it was only for new Teslas. But then "the update comes later for other cars" which seem to imply that same update will be for older cars? like a RWD M3 2023 maybe?

I ordered my M3 and the only thing difficult was my own "user error" since I wasn't familiar with the process. But I found my car on Tesla's website, used car section. It's a 2023 RWD M3 Base model. It took maybe two weeks and unlike dealerships I didn't pay for things I didn't need.
