Update stuck

Got my car about 3 weeks ago and it needs a software update terribly. It currently has 2024.26.7 I think…… I’ve done everything possible to get it to download the new update and it just stops at 50% I’ve been trying for weeks now. I have moved the car closer to the wifi and all i actually went and bought a new router to see if this would help. Nope the same thing i have an appointment to take it to Tesla on the 29th on leaving for Florida in just over a week I really need this fixed asap.

Any tips please help :)
